Use of premises :

The customer and the persons accompanying him or received during his stay in the rented gîte(s) will peacefully use the rented accommodation and the rented premises and will make use of them in accordance with their destination._cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ The tenant customer must avoid any noise likely to disturb the neighborhood. Parties and parties are prohibited. The Tenant will maintain the rented accommodation and return it in the same condition as he found it on his arrival. The tenant agrees not to modify the premises, the decoration or the arrangement of the furniture.

A deposit check of €300 will be requested on arrival on site, not cashed and covering the costs in the event of damage or various breakages. This will be returned after an accepted exit inventory and cleaning done or cleaning package retained.

Duration of stay :

The customer reserving the gîte for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises.

Conclusion of the contract :

The reservation becomes effective once the customer has accepted the general conditions of sale online. The prices are inclusive of taxes to which is added the tourist tax of €0.88 per adult and per day.

Confirmation of a reservation :

Stays are guaranteed only by receipt of the deposit paid and deductible from the invoice on arrival. The deposit is cashed upon receipt.

Deposit requested : 

either by cheque,

Either by bank transfer free of charge,

Or online payment

It is upon receipt of the deposit that your reservation will be firm. The payment of the deposit implies the acceptance of the present general conditions of sale of reservation of the lodgings. 

30% deposit requested on booking, the balance on arrival.

50% deposit if the dates of stay are within 30 days.

Total payment if the dates of stay are within 15 days.

Arrival time :

Reception is by appointment made with the owner on the specified day of the reservation between 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Departure time :

The time of departure from the cottage must be before 10am.

Cancellation by the owner : 

Cancellation by the owner before the start of the stay. The owner must inform his client by email or, failing that, by telephone. The customer, without prejudice to recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be reimbursed immediately for the sums already paid.

Cancellation by the customer :

Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter addressed to the owner.

If the cancellation occurs less than 60 days before the start of the stay, the deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation.

If the cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will be refunded.

If the customer has not shown up.

If the customer shortens his stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner.

COVID-19 provision : 

In the event of cancellation due to Covid-19 government restrictions, the reservation may, after agreement, be postponed. The refund clause more than 60 days before the start of the stay will no longer be valid.
